Steve Sherrell

Artist Statement

Through my 50-year artistic journey, I merge abstract ideas with real and imagined
subjects using both traditional and digital media. Continually pushing boundaries, I
create thought-provoking pieces that challenge viewers to see the world in new ways.
Exhibited extensively in the Chicago area and worldwide, my art invites contemplation
of modern life’s complexities at the intersection of technology, philosophy, and
spirituality while fostering a deeper understanding of the human experience.
